OUR PROCESS

 Follow these steps and you're on your way of becoming part of The Coffee Guy team!

  1. Fill in the enquiry form and we will call you or email you our information pack.  The information pack will give you a general understanding of the franchise system.
  2. Either we will ring you to discuss in greater detail or feel free to email/phone us via the contact details with any particular queries you may have.
  3. If you would like to progress and discuss moving forward we will send you an application form and organise a visit with you, preferably here at our Gold Coast office.  Here you can see our training facilities and get a great overview of the support behind you.
  4. Whilst your application form is being reviewed we can look at the best territory for you, begin looking at the best finance options for you (bank finance, internal finance, 3rd party finance or self-finance) and at this stage  you can speak to our existing operators to determine their experience and do further research for yourself. 
  5. An approval letter is sent to you from our legal department along with documentation for you to sign.  Once we have the approval and your finance is determined we will book in your training program and organise the construction of your TCG custom van.
  6. After the first 2 weeks of your 4 week training program we will come out and launch your new business for 2 weeks.  The best hands on experience you can get.
  7. After your training is completed you are ready to trade, making strong sales from day 1.
